Terrace glazing price and ordering, how to order:

• Enter the dimensions of the openings and subtract the required installation clearance from the dimensions of the openings
  • Measure the width and height of the hole at several points
    • Reduce the smallest dimensions by at least -4mm in width and height (often 10mm and 15mm are also good installation clearances – choose the masking tape and wedges according to the clearance)
  • If you order a fixed top glass on top of the sliding glass, and the top glass is of different heights at different ends, please indicate the left and right heights as seen from the outside of the terrace.
• We manufacture the glazing to the same dimensions as specified in the order

You can choose your own glass for glazing from any of the glass options on the Tint list, for example:

• Get top visibility
  • special clear glass – brighter and less greenish special clear glass ensures good transparency and does not distort natural colours
  • with low-reflective ultra clear glass – Pilkington Optiview Ultra gives you the best transparency on the market (99% light transmission) and top colour rendering when viewed through the glass. Optiview Ultra has almost no reflections, which is inherent in normal glasses
• Get cutting-edge sun protection + privacy with reflective tinted SuperSilver and SilverLight Miami glasses
• With self-cleaning glass you get ease and convenience in your everyday life as self-cleaning glass significantly reduces the number of times you need to clean the glass, but it should be noted that self-cleaning glass does not completely eliminate the need for cleaning.
  • Self-cleaning glass only works:
    • outdoor
    • in a place where the self-cleaning coating of the glass gets plenty of:
      • UV radiation from the sun (UV radiation activates the coating and breaks down biodegradable dirt on the glass)
      • rainwater, which rinses away the dirt dispersed by the coating (or, alternatively, hose irrigation)
  • The self-cleaning glass coating also drips the water stream (repels water), allowing water to move away from the glass more quickly

DeLuxe terrace glazing

Differences between DeLuxe terrace glazing and traditional economy glazing:

• DeLuxe version benefits include:
  • The price always includes a neat interior adjustable keyless lock/operator at both ends of the glazing (2 pcs)
    • When the doors are pushed shut, the locks automatically lock, preventing outsiders from entering the terrace
    • For example, if your wooden decking structure will live for years, you won’t have to drill new holes for the locks every year, you can simply move the lock counterparts easily and the result will be neat and tidy.
      • 
    • It is also possible to order an external handle/key locking device for the doors – we strongly recommend this for the most frequent access to the terrace.
  • The top rail + bottom rail + end rails can be screwed together – so you can install a single mounting frame on the frame, rather than four separate profiles. There is no need to adjust and position the profiles to each other, so you speed up the installation considerably and the structure lasts longer!

  • The sliding doors have adjustable tracks – you can easily and quickly fine-tune the tilt of the doors without having to wedge the tracks themselves – installation is much faster

Delivery content:

• Sliding doors fully assembled
• Top rail, bottom rail, 2 x vertical profile for both ends
• If the order includes fixed glass above the sliding doors
  • Also supplied with an aluminium divider bar along the length of the opening
  • Fixed glass profiles ready to assemble, you will need an Allen key to assemble the fixed glass frame, and the normal installation tools to mount the frame to the patio frame. The fixed glass aluminium profile is 40x40mm and consists of two parts: the frame and the aluminium quick-fixing strip (+ gaskets).
  • Fixed glasses
    • Fixed elements are supplied with the glass loose to facilitate installation, the glass is only fitted to the frame after the frame has been fixed to the frame.
• An order with only fixed glazing, no sliding door:
  • Fixed glass profiles ready to assemble, you will need an Allen key to assemble the fixed glass frame, and the normal installation tools to mount the frame to the patio frame. The fixed glass aluminium profile is 40x40mm and consists of two parts: the frame and the aluminium quick-fixing strip (+ gaskets) for the glass.
  • Fixed glasses
