Description
Custom Mirror – Direct from the Manufacturer
We are an industrial glass processor specialising in custom mirror manufacturing and special edge grinding. We deliver mirrors throughout Europe. We manufacture mirrors to order with millimetre precision – from individual decorative mirrors to large architectural projects. Our production combines industrial capacity with artisan-level accuracy.
We can produce both traditional straight bevels and curved or custom-shaped bevel grinding – as a single piece or in large batches. A wide range of tints from clear to bronze, copper, antique and patinated mirror.
Are you an architect, interior designer or restorer? We have the expertise to realise the most demanding visions. If you cannot find the shape or size you need in our price calculator, get in touch – we manufacture mirrors to your drawings.
Select the mirror shape, tint and dimensions in the price calculator below.
How to Order a Mirror
- Select the mirror shape, tint option and dimensions in the price calculator
- Choose edge grinding and optional bevel grinding
- Add drill holes if needed (for mounting or electrical work)
Special shapes: If you cannot find the shape you need in our calculator, get in touch – we also manufacture mirrors to custom drawings.
Bevel Grinding
Bevel grinding (bevelling) is a finishing technique where a sloped, light-refracting surface is ground into the mirror edge. A bevelled mirror looks luxurious and is the traditional way to finish a quality mirror. Bevelling is available for both mirrors and plain glass.
Why bevelling from our production? Many mirror suppliers outsource bevelling, which increases prices and extends lead times. We bevel in our own production facility – you get a competitive price and fast delivery without intermediaries.
Special Shapes – For Architects and Designers
Are you designing a space where a standard rectangle is not enough? We manufacture mirrors in all shapes – from round and oval to complex geometric forms and freeform curves.
What we can produce:
- Arched and arch-top mirrors: The arched mirror is a defining interior trend of the 2020s. We manufacture arched mirrors with millimetre precision, with or without bevelling.
- Round and oval mirrors: From perfect circles to ovals, in all sizes. Bevel grinding following the curve.
- Geometric special shapes: Hexagons, octagons, diamond and teardrop shapes – anything that can be cut to shape.
- Freeform mirrors: Submit a drawing or DXF file and we manufacture the mirror accordingly. Bevel grinding also available on freeform edges.
- Restoration and heritage: We produce replacement mirrors for antique furniture and mirror frames to match the originals – shaped bevel, antique finish and all traditional mirror details.
Bevelling for shaped glass too: A special-shaped mirror does not mean a compromise in finishing. We grind a bevel on any shape of mirror or glass edge – including complex curves and freeform contours. The bevel follows the edge line precisely, producing a result as consistent and high-quality as straight-line bevelling.
Custom Shape Mirrors and Factory Orders
Our price calculator covers the most common shapes, but we can manufacture virtually any form. Our architect and designer clients often have their own drawings – and that is everyday business for us.
How to order a custom shape mirror:
- Drawing or DXF file: Send your own drawing (hand-drawn, PDF or DXF/DWG) and we manufacture the mirror accordingly. Cutting and bevel grinding on any edge shape.
- Template mirror or pattern: You can also send us an old mirror or a cardboard template, and we produce a new mirror to match.
- Design assistance: If you know what you want but cannot draw it, describe the dimensions and shape in words – we will help with sizing.
Factory Orders and Large Batches
- From single pieces to industrial runs: Our production line is designed for both individual pieces and hundreds of mirrors in the same batch.
- Hotels and commercial spaces: We supply mirrors for entire hotel projects, restaurants, retail spaces and offices. All mirrors are produced with the same settings, ensuring consistent quality across the batch.
- Furniture industry: We manufacture mirrors for furniture and kitchen manufacturers in serial production. Bevel grinding, edge grinding and drilling are included in the service.
- Restoration companies: We produce exact replicas of antique mirrors – shaped bevel, antique and patina finishes to match the originals.
- Bulk pricing: For larger quantities we quote separately – request a quote with quantity, dimensions and finishing details.
Why us? We are a glass processor, not a reseller. All cutting, grinding, bevel grinding and coating is done in our own production. This means fast delivery, competitive pricing and flexibility for special orders. Get in touch – we are happy to tell you more.
Mirror Tints and Options
Our range includes over ten different mirror tints and types. You can see the full list in the configurator above. Here is an overview of the tints:
Classic Tints
- Clear mirror – traditional, fully neutral mirror. The most common choice for all spaces.
- Extra clear / Optiwhite mirror – greenish tint removed with iron-free glass. More accurate colour reproduction, ideal for makeup mirrors and photography backdrops.
- Grey mirror – modern, stylish grey tint. Gives the space a calm, elegant appearance.
- Smoke grey mirror – warm grey tone, soft and atmospheric.
Warm-Toned Mirrors
- Bronze mirror – warm bronze-coloured tint. Particularly well suited to classic and Art Deco interiors.
- Copper mirror – rich, warm copper tone. Perfect for boho and rustic interiors. Available in 6mm thickness.
Specialty Mirrors
- Antique mirror – aged-look backing silvering that imitates the patina of time. Each piece is unique.
- Patinated mirror – refined aged backing silvering. Perfect for restoration and vintage projects.
- Laminated / double-sided mirror – mirror surface on both sides. Suitable for mirror cabinets, small mirror doors and special applications.
Delivery time: The configurator automatically shows the delivery time for each tint when you select a tint and enter the dimensions.
Edge Grinding and Finishing
You can select your preferred edge grinding in the configurator. If the mirror edges will be visible after installation, we recommend polished edge grinding. If the edges will be hidden inside a frame, edge grinding is not necessary.
What is bevel grinding?
Bevel grinding (bevelling) is a finishing technique where a sloped, light-refracting surface is ground into the mirror or glass edge. A bevelled mirror looks luxurious and is the traditional way to finish a high-quality mirror. We produce both straight bevels for rectangular mirrors and shaped bevels for curved and freeform designs.
Can bevel grinding be done on shaped or curved mirrors?
Yes. We grind a bevel on any shape of mirror or glass edge – round, oval, arched and freeform shapes. The bevel follows the edge line precisely, producing a result as consistent and high-quality as straight-line bevelling.
Can I order a mirror from my own drawings?
Yes. You can send your own drawing (hand-drawn, PDF or DXF/DWG), an old mirror or a cardboard template, and we will manufacture a new mirror to match. Bevel grinding on freeform edges is also possible. If you cannot draw it, describe the dimensions and shape in words – we will help with sizing.
Do you also produce large batches, for example for hotel projects?
Yes. Our production line is designed for both single pieces and large batches. We supply mirrors for entire hotel, restaurant and commercial space projects – all mirrors are produced with the same settings, ensuring consistent quality across the batch. Request a quote with your quantity.
Do you make mirror frames?
No, we do not manufacture frames. We produce only the mirror glass itself – cutting, edge grinding and bevel grinding. However, our price calculator offers a selection of mirror mounting clips that allow you to mount the mirror on a wall without a frame.
Can holes be drilled in the mirror?
Yes. You can order mirrors with holes for mounting screws, electrical work or other pass-throughs. Our price calculator automatically verifies that the hole location and size are technically feasible (minimum distances from edges and other holes).
